Über uns

Unsere Profilklasse "Urban gardening", die für die Dauer von drei Schuljahren bestehen wird und im August 2025 ihre Arbeit aufnahm, hat zum Ziel Jugendlichen eine neue oder tiefere Beziehung zu der Natur in ihrer Umwelt anzubieten. Sie will aufzeigen wo unser Essen herkommt und welche Arbeiten dafür notwendig sind.
Über ihre Arbeiten erhalten unsere Schüler*innen ein Blicke in verschiedene Berufe.
Dabei ist der internationale Aspekt von Arbeit und Lebensmitteln sehr wichtig. Dazu gehören vorallem die unterschiedlichen Produktionsweisen. Aus diesem Grund besuchen wir, von Erasmus Plus kofinanziert Ribnica na Pohorju in den Bergen von Slowenien. Dort arbeiten wir zusammen mit der dortigen Schule und einem Bauernhof. Ein dritter Baustein ist das Baumpaten-Projekt "Plantpirates" bei dem wir für 10 € zwei Bäume pflanzen, einen in der Umgebung unserer Schule und eine in den Alpen von Slowenien.

 Our profile class "Urban gardening", which will last for three school years and started its work in August 2025, aims to offer young people a new or deeper relationship with nature in their environment. She wants to show where our food comes from and what work is necessary for it. Through their work, our students get a glimpse into various professions. The international aspect of work and food is very important. These include, above all, the different production methods. For this reason, co-financed by Erasmus Plus, we visit Ribnica na Pohorju in the mountains of Slovenia. There we work together with the local school and a farm. A third building block is the tree sponsorship project "Plantpirates" in which we plant two trees for 10 €, one in the vicinity of our school and one in the Alps of Slovenia.
