Als Profilklasse wollen aus den von uns produzierten Gemüsen, Äpfeln und Honig eigene Produkte entwickeln. Im Herbst 2025 waren so Wirsing-Chips, Kartoffel-Chips und Lippenpflegebalsam entstanden.
Wir sind gespannt, was wir im Sommer/Herbst 2026 herstellen werden.
Urban Gardening - Are you already planting or are you still buying?
As a profile class, we want to develop our own products from the vegetables, apples and honey we produce. In the fall of 2025, savoy cabbage chips, potato chips and lip balm were created. We are excited to see what we will produce in summer/autumn 2026.
